Client Satisfaction
Our focus at Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. is to provide the highest quality rehabilitation services to the people of Fairfield and New Haven counties. One way to determine if we are achieving our mission is to gather customer satisfaction information. Over 8,000 people who recieved services at Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. were sent customer satisfaction surveys. Of these, over 2,000 clients returned surveys. We are proud to report that our customer satisfaction was 100% for the adult population and 100% for the pediatric program. Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. takes very seriously the obligation to continually improve our performance as an organization. We use the information we receive to continually upgrade our services, add new programs, or improve the delivery of existing services.

Another way we track our performance is by measuring the percentage of goals our clients achieve upon completion of their program. At the beginning of the rehabilitation process, individualized goals are written for each client. These goals address their physical challenges as well as the daily activities they want to be able to perform by the time their program is completed. Our goal achievement was 93.2% for the adult program. In our pediatric program, 100% of families surveyed report that they were satisfied with their child's improved ability to participate in activities of their choice.
